Our Offer Price definition

Our Offer Price means the higher of the two prices we quote for each Market.

Our Offer Price means the higher of the two prices we quote for each Market. “Our Price” means Our Offer Price and Our Bid Price for each Market.

Examples of Our Offer Price in a sentence

  • Orders will be executed if Our Price reaches the proposed execution price or trades through it so if you have placed an Order to create a Long Position that Order will be executed if Our Offer Price reaches the proposed execution price or trades through it.

  • That is, Our Bid Price is the price at which you sell a Put or Call, Our Offer Price is the price at which you buy a Put or Call.

  • Our Offer Price Represents a 9.1% premium over the purchase price in the Kalmia Offer and a 14.3% premium over the purchase price in the Windy City Offer.

  • Buy trades will be transacted at Our Offer Price, sell trades at Our Bid Price.

  • Our Offer Price Represents a 13.6% premium over the purchase price in each of the offers by Kalmia and a 19.0% premium over the purchase price in the Windy City Offer.

  • When we refer to Our Price, this means Our Bid Price (in the case of a Long Position) and Our Offer Price (in the case of a Short Position); or o if the Margin Factor is not expressed as a number or a percentage then it will be set out in one of the sources referred to in clause 13.4 and if not (or you are in any doubt) you must call the Support Services who will confirm the maximum stake/trade size.

  • See “— Determination of the Offer Price — Windy City Offer and Houlihan Lokey Fairness Opinion.” Our Offer Price is also higher than the high end of the per Unit range of present values that JLL projected under each of its scenarios described in its July 24, 2003 report to the GP Board in connection with its refinancing analysis.

  • At that point the proposed execution price of TSLO moves in your favour to maintain the reference distance; o the Order will be executed (in accordance with clauses 17.8 to 17.12 (inclusive)) if Our Price (i.e. Our Offer Price or Our Bid Price as applicable) reaches or trades through the then current proposed execution price of the TSLO.

  • For example, in the case of the EUR/USD currency pair, if Our Bid Price is 1.3546 and Our Offer Price 1.3547, this means that you can either (a) sell USD and buy EUR at 1.3547 or (b) buy USD and sell EUR at 1.3546.

  • Offer Price or Purchase (Public Offer) Price means the sum to be paid by the investor for purchase of one Unit, such price to be determined pursuant to this document.

  • Initial Offer Price means the initial price payable for a Share as specified in the relevant Supplement for each Fund.

  • Tender Offer means a takeover offer, tender offer, exchange offer, solicitation, proposal or other event by any entity or person that results in such entity or person purchasing, or otherwise obtaining or having the right to obtain, by conversion or other means, greater than 10 per cent. and less than 100 per cent. of the outstanding voting shares of the Share Company, as determined by the Determination Agent, based upon the making of filings with governmental or self-regulatory agencies or such other information as the Determination Agent deems relevant.

  • Subsequent Placement means the sale, grant of any option to purchase, or other disposition of by the Company, directly or indirectly, of any of the Company’s or its Subsidiaries’ equity or equity equivalent securities, including, without limitation, any Convertible Securities, Options, preferred stock or other instrument or security that is, at any time during its life and under any circumstances, convertible into or exchangeable or exercisable for Common Stock or Convertible Securities or Options.
