OUR RIGHTS. You acknowledge and agree that we reserve the right (but have no obligation) to do one or all of the following, at our sole discretion: (i) evaluate User Content before allowing it to be posted on a Site or any Forum; (ii) monitor User Content and Forums; (iii) alter, remove, reject, or refuse to post or allow to be posted, without notice to you, any User Content, for any reason or for no reason whatsoever; provided, however, that we shall have no obligation or liability to you for failure to do so or for doing so in any particular manner; and/or (iv) disclose any User Content, and the circumstances surrounding its transmission, to any third-party in order to operate a Site, to protect us, our Site visitors or others, to comply with legal obligations or governmental requests, to enforce this Agreement, or for any other reason or purpose we deem appropriate. OUR RIGHTS. We reserve any rights that we may have under the law and we do not accept any liability that we have not expressly agreed to assume in this Agreement or under the law. If we waive any of our rights under this Agreement or at law at any particular time, it doesn’t mean that we’re waiving those rights for any future situation, whether similar or not.

OUR RIGHTS. We reserve the right to: 8.2.1. reverse or adjust the price of a Trade, which we deem irregular relative to the orderly market price expectations; 8.2.2. halt or restrict the ability to place Orders or make Trades on the Platform; 8.2.3. at our discretion: (i) limit your ability to place Orders; (ii) cancel Orders; or (iii) partially or entirely close any or all of your Positions, including profitable Positions or those not in violation of margin requirements, and in each of the above cases, we shall not be liable for any resulting damages. If any Position is closed based on clause 8.2.3, the price received for the Product associated with the closed Position will be determined at our discretion.

  • Water Rights means water rights, water concessions, water leases and water supply agreements, ditch rights or other interests in water or water conveyance rights owned or leased by the relevant Person.

  • Use Rights means the license terms and terms of service for each Product published on the Licensing Site and updated from time to time. The Use Rights supersede the terms of any end user license agreement that accompanies a Product. License terms for all Products are published in the Product Terms. Terms of service for Online Services are published in the Online Services Terms.

  • Rights means, with respect to any Person, warrants, options, rights, convertible securities and other arrangements or commitments which obligate the Person to issue or dispose of any of its capital stock or other ownership interests.

  • Trade Secret Rights means the rights of an Assignor in any Trade Secret it holds.

  • Membership Rights means all of the rights of a Member in the Company, including a Member’s: (a) Interest; (b) right to inspect the Company’s books and records; (c) right to participate in the management of and vote on matters coming before the Company; and (d) unless this Operating Agreement or the Certificate of Formation provide to the contrary, right to act as an agent of the Company.
