Out-of-state travel definition

Out-of-state travel means all travel from a point of origin in Oregon to a point of destination in another state and return therefrom.
Out-of-state travel means travel outside the State of Oregon.
Out-of-state travel means non-foreign travel outside of the state of Connecticut.
