Undeveloped Land means, (i) all Real Property set forth on Schedule 1.01D to the 2008 Credit Agreement, (ii) all undeveloped land acquired after the Closing Date and (iii) any operating property of the Borrower or any Subsidiary that is subject to a casualty event that results in such property ceasing to be operational.
Acreage means the number of acres of land area of an Assessor's Parcel as shown on an Assessor's Parcel Map, or if the land area is not shown on an Assessor’s Parcel Map, the Board may rely on the land area shown on the applicable final map, parcel map, condominium plan, or other recorded County parcel map.
Landing area means that part of a movement area intended for the landing or take-off of aircraft;
Pipelines means those pipelines within the Storage Facility that connect the Tanks to one another and to the receiving and delivery flanges of the Storage Facility.
Unimproved Land means land on which no development (other than improvements that are not material and are temporary in nature) has occurred.
Subject Leases means, for any Asset Review, all 2019-B Leases which are 60-Day Delinquent Leases as of the end of the Collection Period immediately preceding the related Review Satisfaction Date.
Developed Land means non-vacant land that is likely to be redeveloped during the planning period.
Solar PV Project means the solar Photo Voltaic Power project that uses sunlight for direct conversion into electricity through Photo Voltaic technology.
Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.
Project Land means any parcel or parcels of land on which the project is developed and constructed by a promoter;
Mixed-use property means an eligible property that includes three or more residential units and may also contain a commercial property component in the same building.
Carbon dioxide equivalent or “CO2 equivalent” or “CO2e” means the number of metric tons of CO2 emissions with the same global warming potential as one metric ton of another greenhouse gas. Global warming potential values shall be determined consistent with the definition of Carbon Dioxide Equivalent in MRR section 95102(a).
Shallow well means a well located and constructed in such a manner that there is not a continuous layer of low-permeability soil or rock (or equivalent retarding mechanism acceptable to the department) at least 5 feet thick, the top of which is located at least 25 feet below the normal ground surface and above the aquifer from which water is to be drawn.
