  • Following the Split-Off, CBS shall promptly, but in no event later than two (2) Business Days thereafter, instruct the CBS Table of Contents Transfer Agent to deliver to the Outdoor Americas Transfer Agent true, correct and complete copies of the stock ownership and transfer records reflecting the holders of CBS Common Stock receiving shares of Outdoor Americas Common Stock in connection with any transaction(s) included as part of the Split-Off.

  • Following the Split-Off, CBS shall promptly, but in no event later than two (2) Business Days thereafter, instruct the CBS Transfer Agent to deliver to the Outdoor Americas Transfer Agent true, correct and complete copies of the stock ownership and transfer records reflecting the holders of CBS Common Stock receiving shares of Outdoor Americas Common Stock in connection with any transaction(s) included as part of the Split-Off.
