After the Election Expiration Deadline, no Election Form may be withdrawn or modified without the prior written consent of the Debtors or an order of the Bankruptcy Court, subject to rights of Holders to withdraw their respective Notes from the election account, and withdraw their election, following the Outside Effective Date.
