Outside Service Costs definition
Outside Service Costs is the amount charged by the external service vendor for aircraft-related maintenance, and the Direct Labor and Direct Material costs incurred for work performed by non-TWU AA employees, except where excluded pursuant to paragraph e(2), below. “Direct Labor Cost” is the sum of all salaries and benefits costs of the TWU Title I employees without any accounting adjustments for capital, contract or other credits.
Outside Service Costs means all funds expended by the District of Columbia government to external entities involved in risk management activities.
