Outsourcing Partner definition

Outsourcing Partner means Cornèr Banca SA, Via Canova 16, 6900 Lugano, Switzerland, other group companies of Cornèr Group (cf. details via cornerbanca.ch) and third parties, which provide different services in favour of the Cardholder in the course of the execution of the card contract between the card issuer and the Cardholder (e.g. execution of the application, card production, contract processing, online-services, collection, communication with the client (call-center-services), calculation for credit risks, payment transactions, fraud prevention, IT). Outsourcing Partner means Cornèr Banca SA, via Canova 16, 6900 Lugano, Switzerland, other group companies of the Cornèr Group (see details at cornerbanca.ch) and third-party companies that provide various services on behalf of the card issuer in connection with the processing of the card agreement between the card issuer and the cardholder (e.g. application verification, card production, contract processing, online services, debt collection, communication with the customer (call center services), calculation of credit risks, payment transactions, fraud prevention, IT).
