If the Data Center has not passed the acceptance criteria within thirty (30) days after the end of such two-week period, and if the cause has been attributed to ▇▇▇.▇▇▇ or its Outsourcing Partner, Retailer shall have the right, upon written notice to ▇▇▇.▇▇▇, to terminate this Agreement at the end of such thirty day period.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, as between Retailer and ▇▇▇.▇▇▇ on the one hand, and GSI on the other hand, GSI shall be responsible for all acts or omissions of any Outsourcing Partner.
