Outstanding Receivables Amount definition

Outstanding Receivables Amount means, at any time, without duplication (a) the sum of all then outstanding amounts advanced to any Receivables Subsidiary by lenders (other than the Issuer or any of its Subsidiaries) under Qualified Receivable Facilities and (b) the amount of accounts receivable disposed of in connection with any Qualified Receivable Facility (other than to a Receivables Subsidiary) structured as a factoring arrangement that have stated due dates following such date of determination.
Outstanding Receivables Amount means, at any time of determination, the excess of (i) the face amount of all Accounts and other payment obligations disposed of pursuant to Section 6.05(g) prior to such time minus (ii) any amount included in clause (i) above that is attributable to Accounts and other payment obligations with a stated due date prior to such time.
Outstanding Receivables Amount means, with respect to any receivables financing, the sum of (i) the aggregate uncollected balances of the receivables so transferred (the “Transferred Receivables”) plus (ii) the aggregate amount of all collections on Transferred Receivables theretofore received by the seller but not yet remitted to the purchaser, in each case, at the date of determination.

More Definitions of Outstanding Receivables Amount

Outstanding Receivables Amount means the sum of (i) the aggregate uncollected balances of the receivables transferred in Qualified Securitization Transactions (the “Transferred Receivables”) plus (ii) the aggregate amount of all collections on Transferred Receivables theretofore received by the seller but not yet remitted to the Issuer or a Restricted Subsidiary.
Outstanding Receivables Amount means, at any time, the aggregate outstanding balance of advances made to a Non-Receivables Recourse Subsidiary in a Qualified Receivables Transaction by a Person other than the Issuer or a Restricted Subsidiary in connection with a Qualified Receivables Transaction.

Related to Outstanding Receivables Amount

  • Net Receivables Pool Balance means, at any time: (a) the Outstanding Balance of Eligible Receivables then in the Receivables Pool minus (b) the Excess Concentration.

  • Net Receivables Balance means, at any time, the aggregate Outstanding Balance of all Receivables that are Eligible Receivables at such time reduced by (i) the aggregate amount by which the Outstanding Balance of all Receivables that are Eligible Receivables of each Obligor and its Affiliates exceeds the Concentration Limit for such Obligor and (ii) the aggregate Contractual Dilution Reserves for all Eligible Receivables of all Obligors.

  • Receivables Advance Rate shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a)(y)(i) hereof.

  • Outstanding Balance of any Receivable at any time means the then outstanding principal balance thereof.

  • Cut-off Date Pool Principal Balance The aggregate Stated Principal Balances of all Mortgage Loans as of the Cut-off Date.

  • Principal Receivable means each Receivable other than Finance Charge -------------------- Receivables and Receivables in Defaulted Accounts. A Principal Receivable shall be deemed to have been created at the end of the day on the Date of Processing of such Receivable. In calculating the aggregate amount of Principal Receivables on any day, the amount of Principal Receivables shall be reduced by the aggregate amount of credit balances in the Accounts on such day. Any Principal Receivables which Seller is unable to transfer as provided in Section 2.5(c) of -------------- the Transfer and Servicing Agreement shall not be included in calculating the aggregate amount of Principal Receivables.

  • Attributable Receivables Indebtedness at any time shall mean the principal amount of Indebtedness which (i) if a Permitted Receivables Facility is structured as a secured lending agreement, constitutes the principal amount of such Indebtedness or (ii) if a Permitted Receivables Facility is structured as a purchase agreement, would be outstanding at such time under the Permitted Receivables Facility if the same were structured as a secured lending agreement rather than a purchase agreement.

  • Adjusted Pool Balance means, on the Closing Date, an amount equal to:

  • Net Amount of Eligible Accounts means, at any time, the gross amount of Eligible Accounts less sales, excise or similar taxes, and less returns, discounts, claims, credits, allowances, accrued rebates, offsets, deductions, counterclaims, disputes and other defenses of any nature at any time issued, owing, granted, outstanding, available or claimed.

  • Principal Receivables means all Receivables other than Finance Charge Receivables.

  • Eligible Account Receivable means an Account Receivable owing to the Company or any Domestic Subsidiary which meets the following requirements:

  • Receivables Pool means, at any time, all of the then outstanding Receivables purchased or otherwise acquired by the Seller pursuant to the Purchase and Sale Agreement prior to the Facility Termination Date.

  • Receivables Repurchase Obligation means any obligation of a seller of receivables in a Qualified Receivables Financing to repurchase receivables arising as a result of a breach of a representation, warranty or covenant or otherwise, including as a result of a receivable or portion thereof becoming subject to any asserted defense, dispute, off-set or counterclaim of any kind as a result of any action taken by, any failure to take action by or any other event relating to the seller.

  • Receivables Transaction Attributed Indebtedness means the amount of obligations outstanding under the legal documents entered into as part of any Qualified Receivables Transaction on any date of determination that would be characterized as principal if such Qualified Receivables Transaction were structured as a secured lending transaction rather than as a purchase.

  • Pool Balance means, as of any date, the aggregate Principal Balance of the Receivables (exclusive of all Administrative Receivables for which the Servicer has paid the Administrative Purchase Payment, Warranty Receivables for which the Seller has paid the Warranty Purchase Payment and Defaulted Receivables) as of the close of business on such date.

  • Collateral Invested Amount means, when used with respect to any date, an amount equal to (a) the Collateral Initial Invested Amount, minus (b) the aggregate amount of principal payments made to the Collateral Interest Holder prior to such date, minus (c) the aggregate amount of Collateral Charge-Offs for all prior Distribution Dates pursuant to subsection 4.06(c), minus (d) the aggregate amount of Reallocated Principal Collections allocated on all prior Distribution Dates pursuant to Section 4.08 allocable to the Collateral Invested Amount, minus (e) an amount equal to the amount by which the Collateral Invested Amount has been reduced on all prior Distribution Dates pursuant to subsections 4.06(a) and (b), and plus (f) the amount allocated and available on all prior Distribution Dates pursuant to subsection 4.07(i), for the purpose of reimbursing amounts deducted pursuant to the foregoing clauses (c), (d) and (e); provided, however, that the Collateral Invested Amount may not be reduced below zero.

  • Note Monthly Principal Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, the Note Percentage of the Principal Distributable Amount for such Payment Date.

  • Receivables Net Investment means the aggregate cash amount paid by the lenders or purchasers under any Permitted Receivables Financing in connection with their purchase of, or the making of loans secured by, Receivables Assets or interests therein, as the same may be reduced from time to time by collections with respect to such Receivables Assets or otherwise in accordance with the terms of the Permitted Receivables Documents (but excluding any such collections used to make payments of items included in clause (c) of the definition of Interest Expense); provided, however, that if all or any part of such Receivables Net Investment shall have been reduced by application of any distribution and thereafter such distribution is rescinded or must otherwise be returned for any reason, such Receivables Net Investment shall be increased by the amount of such distribution, all as though such distribution had not been made.

  • Principal Prepayment Amount For any Distribution Date and for any Loan Group, the sum with respect to the Mortgage Loans in such Loan Group of (i) Curtailments received during the Prior Period from such Mortgage Loans and (ii) Payoffs received during the Payoff Period from such Mortgage Loans.

  • Aggregate Collateral Balance means, as at any Measurement Date, the amount equal to the aggregate of the following amounts, as at such Measurement Date:

  • Aggregate Outstanding Principal Balance means, as of any date of determination, the sum of the Outstanding Principal Balances of each Class outstanding on such date.

  • Senior Principal Payment Amount For any Distribution Date on or after the Stepdown Date and as long as a Trigger Event has not occurred with respect to such Distribution Date, will be the amount, if any, by which (x) the Class Principal Balance of the Senior Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date exceeds (y) the lesser of (A) the product of (i) 57.40% and (ii) the Aggregate Collateral Balance for such Distribution Date and (B) the amount, if any, by which (i) the Aggregate Collateral Balance for such Distribution Date exceeds (ii) 0.50% of the Aggregate Collateral Balance as of the Cut-off Date (including amounts in the Prefunding Account as of the Closing Date).

  • Principal Payment Amount For any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the related Principal Remittance Amount for such date minus the related Overcollateralization Release Amount, if any, for such date.
