Outstanding Senior Subordinated Notes definition

Outstanding Senior Subordinated Notes means Senior Subordinated Notes other than Repurchased Senior Subordinated Notes.
Outstanding Senior Subordinated Notes means the 10M% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2007, 8 1/2% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2008 and 8% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2008 issued by the Borrower and guaranteed by certain of its Subsidiaries.
