Outturn Request definition

Outturn Request means a request by the Customer to Outturn Grain on the relevant Outturn Request Form, online via LoadNet® for MarketersTM or online via any application for mobile devices.

Examples of Outturn Request in a sentence

  • Upon acceptance of an Outturn Request, CBH shall Outturn the Grain in accordance with the Cargo Outturn Request Form and all other provisions of this Agreement.

  • If for any reason the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ does not hold sufficient Commodity of the type and specification of the Warehouser’s Commodity at the time of receipt of an Outturn Request, the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ must satisfy any such physical shortfall by (at ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ option) provision of replacement stock of equivalent or higher quality or payment of compensation at Fair Market Price.

  • Viterra requires an Outturn Request with sufficient notice to facilitate Outturn of stock, labour and equipment availability.

  • However, where practicable, Viterra will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that an Outturn Request can be satisfied.

  • To remove the Commodity from storage, the Client must give the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ notice as specified in the Notice Period (or two days if no period is specified) in advance, in writing (Outturn Request), advising quantity, grade and specification, name of transport provider and estimated time of arrival of transport provider.

  • Without limiting the terms of the Agreement, Viterra retains the right, at its discretion, to accept or refuse an Outturn Request where that request does not provide sufficient notification and/or tonnage.
