Over-familiarity definition

Over-familiarity means any inappropriate or unduly intimate or informal conduct between juveniles and staff or employees including conduct that may lead to a romantic or sexual relationship, such as exchanging letters, providing special favors, or inappropriate touching.
Over-familiarity means conduct between a staff member, contractor, volunteer, or intern and a juvenile which has or is likely to result in intimacy or a close personal association, or conduct that is contrary to the good order of the agency or fa- cility.

  • Associated Persons means any natural or legal person associated with and/or that has a financial link with the Principal Cardholder (e.g. contractors or members of the same group of companies as the Principal Cardholder), on whose behalf the Principal Cardholder submits an Application.

  • Associate degree means the credential awarded by a school upon the successful completion of an associate degree program. The program must contain a minimum of ninety quarter credit hours or sixty semester hours.

  • Influencer Content means all text, files, images, graphics, illustrations, information, data, audio, video, photographs and other content created or provided by Influencer pursuant to Program Details (as defined below).

  • Sado-masochistic abuse means flagellation or torture by or upon a person or the condition of being fettered, bound, or otherwise physically restrained.

  • Business with which he is associated means any business of which a public servant or his relative is an officer, director, owner, partner, employee or is a holder of more than ten percent (10%) of the fair market value or from which he or his relative derives more than Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) in annual income or over which such public servant or his relative exercises control.
