Over The Counter Payments definition

Over The Counter Payments means the ability to accept payment of monies owed to Public Body initiated via a credit card reader attached to an on-premise computer with access to a website maintained by County using a credit card or a debit card that functions as a credit card.
Over The Counter Payments means the ability to accept payment of monies owed to Public Body initiated via a magnetic stripe reader attached to an on-premise computer with access to a web site maintained by County using a credit card.
