Overlap Markets definition

Overlap Markets means those portions of the ACC Markets in which, after giving effect to a Competitive Transaction, the Surviving Entity or its controlled affiliates own, manage, operate or control Competitive Systems that provide mobile wireless communications services.
Overlap Markets means those portions of the Dobson Markets in which, after giving effect to a Competitive Transxxxxxx, the Surviving Entity or its controlled affiliates own, manage, operate or control Competitive Systems that provide mobile wireless communications services.
Overlap Markets means those portions of the DCS Markets in which, after giving effect to a Competitive Transaction, the Surviving Entity or its controlled affiliates own, manage, operate or control Competitive Systems that provide mobile wireless communications services.
