Overseas Administrator definition

Overseas Administrator means the person or organisation named in the Schedule who has been appointed by the Insurer to provide administrative services on its behalf of and at its direction.
Overseas Administrator means an administrator appointed under regulation 8(b);
Overseas Administrator means an administrator appointed in relation to a specialist investment fund in accordance with article 8(b);

Examples of Overseas Administrator in a sentence

  • If the court imposes any penalty or fine on the Insured at the time of interim order or final judgment, then in that case the Insured will not be at the liberty to get the fine deducted or adjusted from the bail amount which was deposited by the Insurer or Overseas Administrator or Indian Administrator.

  • The Insurer or the Indian Administrator or the Overseas Administrator on submission of required documents will then reimburse these costs.

  • Claims under Financial Emergency Assistance shall be settled/ arranged directly to the Insured, whilst abroad, by the Overseas Administrator.

  • In the event parent(s), spouse / child of the Insured is Hospitalised for more than (7) consecutive days, the Insurer or Overseas Administrator or Indian Administrator, after obtaining confirmation of need for a companion from our panel Doctor / Overseas Administrator or Indian Administrator, will provide a round trip economy class air ticket, or first class railway ticket, to allow the Insured to be at the bedside of his parent(s), spouse / child for the duration of his/her stay in the Hospital.

  • All costs will be directly settled by the Indian Administrator or the Overseas Administrator on the Insurer’s behalf and the same shall constitute due discharge of the Insurer’s obligations hereunder.
