When submitting the leaver details to the Scheme Administrator, the Scheme Employer must ensure that all information as it relates to existing and former Scheme Regulations is supplied.

A Scheme Employer must advise the Scheme Administrator of their payroll provider and any changes that may be made in this regard and ensure that their contractual arrangements with their appointed third-party payroll provider are sufficiently robust to avoid underperformance.
