Overseas Securities Borrowing Agreement definition

Overseas Securities Borrowing Agreement means the agreement pursuant to which the Bank lends Securities or Non-U.S. Securities to Non-U.S. Borrowers on behalf of its customers (including the Lender) from time to time.

  • Securities Lending Agreement means an agreement under which a local agency agrees to transfer securities to a borrower who, in turn, agrees to provide collateral to the local agency. At the conclusion of the agreement, the securities are transferred back to the local agency in return for the collateral.

  • Subsidiary Loan Agreements means the agreements to be entered into pursuant to Section 3.01 (b) of this Agreement, as the same may be amended from time to time, and such term includes all schedules to the Subsidiary Loan Agreements;
