Oversight Fee definition

Oversight Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1 hereof.
Oversight Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.3.

Examples of Oversight Fee in a sentence

  • In no event will Owner pay both a Management Fee and an Oversight Fee to Manager with respect to any Property.
