Ownership Claim definition

Ownership Claim has the meaning given in clause 14.1.
Ownership Claim means any claim arising out of or in respect of any inaccuracy in any representation or warranty made in Sections 2.4, 2.17, the first two sentences of Section 2.20(b), and Section 2.20(c) or any claim arising out of or otherwise in respect of a loss suffered in connection with Section 6.2(a)(iv).

  • The specific location of the physical Gold-Containing Ore piles, or portion(s) thereof, comprising the Pre-Recycled Gold Ore Ownership Claim shall be determined by Trust in its sole and absolute discretion.

More Definitions of Ownership Claim
