Ownership Limits means the Series Interest Ownership Limit

Ownership Limits means the Beneficial Ownership Limit and the Constructive Ownership Limit. "Ownership Limit" shall mean the Beneficial Ownership Limit or the Constructive Ownership Limit, as appropriate.
