Minimum Period definition

Minimum Period means the minimum period for the Service, the initial term of which is set out on the Front Sheet and which starts on the Service Start Date; the minimum period may be renewed on agreement between you and us from time to time for further minimum periods for the same length as, or different to, the initial term.
Minimum Period means the minimum number of months a particular Service or instance of a Service must be in operation for which, unless specified otherwise in any Terms, a Service Schedule or the Commercial Schedule, shall be 12 months from the Service Commencement Date;

Examples of Minimum Period in a sentence

  • If you pay us the fee of no more than each of the Monthly Subscription Charges up to the end of that Minimum Period in a single payment, we may reduce the amount due by a rate determined by us.

  • You will have to pay the standard installation Charge of the Services that you have downgraded and the Minimum Period of Service commences on the Start Date of your downgraded Services, unless we specify otherwise.

  • If the Services are suspended or ceased and subsequently reactivated, the Minimum Period of Service will be automatically extended by such period of suspension or cessation.

  • The fourteen days notice may be given at any time to terminate this agreement at the end of or after the last day of the Minimum Period.

  • Each additional SIM Card/Device connected to the Network under this Agreement will be treated separately and must be connected for the Minimum Period.
