Package Booking definition

Package Booking means a booking of a Decolar Travel Product sourced through the Decolar API by an End User through the Expedia System in connection with a trip that includes a booking by the same End User of a car-hire and/or airfare and/or rail ticket and/or cruise.
Package Booking means a booking made by a guest who also has booked or books another travel component such as a car-hire, airfare, rail ticket or other non-lodging component;
Package Booking means a booking of a room by a guest through the Expedia System that is made by the same guest who also has booked or books another lodging component or a car-hire, airfare, rail ticket or other non-lodging component.

Examples of Package Booking in a sentence

  • None of Supplier or any Property shall cancel any Standalone Booking or Package Booking and shall not encourage End Users to cancel Standalone Bookings or Package Bookings.

  • The Supplier warrants, represents and undertakes that any data it receives and/or has access to under or in relation to this Agreement, that it shall use such data in accordance with this Section E.5.c, and only as strictly necessary to fulfill each Standalone or Package Booking and not for any other purpose.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant Property’s cancellation policy, Expedia reserves the right to cancel a Standalone Booking or Package Booking at any time.

  • If the breach is not cured in such time frame, Decolar may restrict access to Package Bookings with immediate effect and, if any Property terminates its agreement with Decolar as a result of such breach, Decolar may permanently restrict access to such Package Booking.

  • In the event Expedia makes available to You, and You elect to use, an alternate electronic invoicing process, then for each Package Booking, You agree to provide Expedia an electronic invoice within twelve (12) months after the date of check-out, cancellation or no-show.

  • Subject to the foregoing sentence, You acknowledge that Expedia will determine the total price of any Package Booking at its sole discretion.

  • If cancellation of a fraudulent or potentially fraudulent Expedia Collect Booking, Package Booking or Opaque Booking occurs prior to or within two (2) hours after check-in, neither Expedia nor any of its Affiliates shall be obligated to pay any cancellation fee or penalty.

  • The Supplier shall provide a dedicated and staffed email address and telephone number twenty-four (24) hours a day to allow Expedia to cancel a Standalone Booking or Package Booking for fraudulent or potentially fraudulent activity (“Cancellation Notice”).

  • If cancellation of a fraudulent or potentially fraudulent Standalone Booking or Package Booking occurs prior to or within two (2) hours after check-in, neither Expedia nor any of its Affiliates shall be obligated to pay any cancellation fee or penalty.

Related to Package Booking

  • Collaboration Product means a pharmaceutical product containing or comprising Compound in any dosage form alone, or in combination with, one or more other pharmaceutically active ingredients, and any and all Improvements thereto.

  • Diagnostic Product means an assemblage of reagents, including but not limited to reagents packaged in the form of a kit, useful in performing a Licensed Service.
