Package Booking definition

Package Booking means a booking of a Decolar Travel Product sourced through the Decolar API by an End User through the Expedia System in connection with a trip that includes a booking by the same End User of a car-hire and/or airfare and/or rail ticket and/or cruise.
Package Booking means a booking made by a guest who also has booked or books another travel component such as a car-hire, airfare, rail ticket or other non-lodging component;
Package Booking means a booking of a room by a guest through the Expedia System that is made by the same guest who also has booked or books another lodging component or a car-hire, airfare, rail ticket or other non-lodging component.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant Property’s cancellation policy, Expedia reserves the right to cancel a Standalone Booking or Package Booking at any time.

  • If the cancellation of a fraudulent or potentially fraudulent Expedia Collect Booking, Package Booking or Opaque Booking occurs after such two (2) hour period following check-in, the maximum penalty that may be charged to Expedia will be the relevant EC Remittance or Package Remittance for the room, up to and including the date such Expedia Collect Booking, Package Booking or Opaque Booking was cancelled, plus any applicable Taxes.

  • If cancellation of a fraudulent or potentially fraudulent Expedia Collect Booking, Package Booking or Opaque Booking occurs prior to or within two (2) hours after check-in, neither Expedia nor any of its Affiliates shall be obligated to pay any cancellation fee or penalty.

  • If You do not charge the relevant single-use credit card or invoice Expedia in accordance with this Section B.2 for any amounts with respect to a Package Booking within twelve (12) months of the date after check-out, cancellation or no-show of such Package Booking, then neither Expedia nor the relevant guest will have any further obligation with respect to such Package Booking.

  • For combinations of control de- vices, the owner or operator shall com- ply with the requirements of paragraph (a)(7)(i) of this section.

Related to Package Booking

  • Collaboration Product means a pharmaceutical product containing or comprising Compound in any dosage form alone, or in combination with, one or more other pharmaceutically active ingredients, and any and all Improvements thereto.

  • Diagnostic Product means any test or assay for diagnosing or detecting a disease, disorder, medical condition, or symptom.

  • Licensed Compound means [***].

  • Licensed Compounds means: (a) Research Program Active Compounds; (b) Novartis Active Compounds; (c) salts, hydrates, solvates, esters, metabolites, intermediates, stereoisomers and polymorphs of Research Program Active Compounds or Novartis Active Compounds; and (d) prodrugs of Research Program Active Compounds or Novartis Active Compounds (any of the foregoing, a “Licensed Compound”).

  • Therapeutic Product means a health product categorised as a therapeutic product in the First Schedule to the Act;

  • Reference biological product means the single biological product licensed pursuant to 42 U.S.C.

  • Licensed Product means a product or part of a product in the Licensed Field of Use: (A) the making, using, importing or selling of which, absent this license, infringes, induces infringement, or contributes to infringement of a Licensed Patent; or (B) which is made with, uses or incorporates any Technology.

  • Massive Multiauthor Collaboration Site (or “MMC Site”) means any World Wide Web server that publishes copyrightable works and also provides prominent facilities for anybody to edit those works. A public wiki that anybody can edit is an example of such a server. A “Massive Multiauthor Collaboration” (or “MMC”) contained in the site means any set of copyrightable works thus published on the MMC site.

  • Generic Product means a product which (a) contains as its active pharmaceutical ingredient a compound that is (or is substantially the same as) the Licensed Compound, and (b) has been placed on the market pursuant to a validly granted marketing authorization.

  • Royalty Product means, either (a) an Alnylam Royalty Product, or (b) an Inex Royalty Product.

  • Promotional Material means all material used in the promotion of, or otherwise in connection with, the Business (whether written or recorded in any other medium) and includes artwork, advertising materials (irrespective of the medium in which they are recorded), display materials, packaging materials, brochures, posters and internal and external signage.

  • Milk product or "dairy product" means cottage cheese, dry curd cottage cheese, reduced fat cottage cheese, lowfat cottage cheese, cream, light cream, light whipping cream, heavy cream, heavy whipping cream, whipped cream, whipped light cream, sour cream, acidified sour cream, cultured sour cream, half-and-half, sour half-and-half, acidified sour half-and-half, cultured sour half-and-half, reconstituted or recombined milk and milk products, concentrated milk, concentrated milk products, skim milk, lowfat milk, frozen milk concentrate, flavored milk, eggnog, buttermilk, cultured milk, cultured lowfat milk, cultured skim milk, yogurt, lowfat yogurt, nonfat yogurt, acidified milk, acidified lowfat milk, acidified skim milk, low-sodium milk, low-sodium lowfat milk, low-sodium skim milk, lactose-reduced milk, lactose-reduced lowfat milk, lactose-reduced skim milk, aseptically processed and packaged milk, milk products with added safe and suitable microbial organisms, and any other milk product made by the addition or subtraction of milkfat or addition of safe and suitable optional ingredients for protein, vitamin, or mineral fortification. Unless a product is considered a milk product under this subdivision, milk product does not include dietary products, infant formula, ice cream or other desserts, cheese, or butter. Milk products include the following:

  • Product Labeling means, with respect to a Licensed Product in a country or other jurisdiction in the Territory, (a) the Regulatory Authority‑approved full prescribing information for such Licensed Product for such country or other jurisdiction, including any required patient information, and (b) all labels and other written, printed, or graphic matter upon a container, wrapper, or any package insert utilized with or for such Licensed Product in such country or other jurisdiction.

  • Licensed Program means the executable processing programs of licensed information, which is composed of various modules in the Licensed Software package provided by the Licensor.

  • Biological product means a virus, therapeutic serum, toxin, antitoxin, vaccine, blood, blood component or derivative, allergenic product, protein other than a chemically synthesized polypeptide, or analogous product, or arsphenamine or any derivative of arsphenamine or any other trivalent organic arsenic compound, applicable to the prevention, treatment, or cure of a disease or condition of human beings.

  • Promotional Materials means all sales representative training materials and all written, printed, graphic, electronic, audio or video matter, including, without limitation, journal advertisements, sales visual aids, formulary binders, reprints, direct mail, direct-to-consumer advertising, internet postings and sites and broadcast advertisements intended for use or used by either Party or its Affiliates or sublicensees in connection with any promotion of a Product.

  • complex product means a product which is composed of multiple components which can be replaced permitting disassembly and re-assembly of the product.

  • Licensed Programs means, collectively, NeoSystems’ and any Third Party Vendor computer software programs to be provided to Client for use on certain hardware on Client’s premises or a third party’s premises as set forth in an Agreement. The Licensed Programs shall include any fixes, work-arounds, updates, revisions, modifications, enhancements and any derivative works that are provided to Client by NeoSystems under an Agreement.

  • Licensed Products means tangible materials which, in the course of manufacture, use, sale, or importation, would be within the scope of one or more claims of the Licensed Patent Rights that have not been held unpatentable, invalid or unenforceable by an unappealed or unappealable judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Commercialization or “Commercialize” means activities directed to marketing, promoting, research and development as required, manufacturing for sale, offering for sale, distributing, importing or selling a product, including sub-licensing or sub-contracting of these activities.

  • MFDA means the Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada;

  • Collaboration Compound means any of the following: (a) FG-4592, (b) any HIF Compound (other than FG-4592) that is added to this Agreement pursuant to Section 3.6, and (c) any salts, esters, complexes, chelates, crystalline and amorphous morphic forms, pegylated forms, enantiomers (excluding regioisomers), prodrugs, solvates, metabolites and catabolites of any of the foregoing ((a) or (b)).

  • Hemp product means the same as that term is defined in § 3.2-4112.

  • Phase III Clinical Trials means a Clinical Trial for the Product on sufficient numbers of patients to generate safety and efficacy data to support Regulatory Approval in the proposed therapeutic indication, conducted in accordance with current good clinical practices and in accordance with a protocol that has been reviewed by the FDA and reflects any comments or concerns raised by the same.

  • Royalty-Bearing Product means (a) any Product that is not a Co-Developed Product and (b) any Co-Developed Product to the extent sold outside of the Co-Development Territory.

  • Bundled Product means Product sold together with any other product(s) or service(s) at a single unit price, whether packaged together or separately, and which other product(s) or service(s) have material independent value from Product itself.
