Pad Sites means unimproved land parcels which may be legally subdivided from Portfolio Properties and sold subject to restrictions which limit such land to uses compatible with the use of such Portfolio Property provided that the total area of all Pad Sites sold out of any Portfolio Property shall not exceed 20% of the total land area of the applicable Portfolio Property on the date hereof.
