Page 3750 means the display designated as Page 3750 on the Dow Joxxx Xelerate Service (or such other page as may replace Page 3750 on that service or such other service as may be nominated by the British Bankers Association as the information vendor for the purpose of displaying British Bankers Association Interest Settlement Rates for U.S. Dollar Deposits).
Page 3750 means the display designated as page 3750 on the Bridge Telerate, or any other page as may replace page 3750 on that service for the purpose of displaying London interbank offered rates of major banks. If the rate does not appear on the page or any other page as may replace that page on that service (or if that service is no longer offered, any other service for displaying LIBOR or comparable rates as may be selected by the Securities Administrator after consultation with the Depositor), the rate will be the reference bank rate. The reference bank rate will be determined on the basis of the rates at which deposits in U.S. Dollars are offered by the reference banks, which shall be three major banks that are engaged in transactions in the London interbank market, selected by the Securities Administrator after consultation with the Depositor, as of 11:00 A.M., London time, on the day that is two LIBOR Business Days prior to the first day of the related Interest Accrual Period to prime banks in the London interbank market for a period of one month in amounts approximately equal to the aggregate Class Principal Amounts of the Offered Notes. The Securities Administrator will request the principal London office of each of the reference banks to provide a quotation of its rate. If at least two quotations are provided, the rate will be the arithmetic mean of the quotations. If on the related date fewer than two quotations are provided as requested, the rate will be the arithmetic mean of the rates quoted by one or more major banks in New York City, selected by the Securities Administrator after consultation with the Depositor, as of 11:00 A.M., New York City time, on the date for loans in U.S. Dollars to leading European banks for a period of one month in amounts approximately equal to the aggregate Class Principal Amounts of the Offered Notes. If no quotations can be obtained, the rate will be one-month LIBOR for the prior Payment Date.
