Reuters Screen LIBOR01 Page definition

Reuters Screen LIBOR01 Page means the display page currently so designated on the Reuters Monitor Money Rates (or such other page as may replace that page on that service, or such other service as may be nominated as the information vendor, for the purpose of displaying comparable rates or prices).

Reuters Screen LIBOR01 Page means the display page currently designated as page LIBOR01 on the Reuters Screen (or such other page as may replace that page on that service for the purpose of displaying comparable rates or prices).

Reuters Screen LIBOR01 Page is the display designated on the Reuters service (or the successor display page, other published source, information vendor or provider that has been officially designated by Reuters).

Examples of Reuters Screen LIBOR01 Page in a sentence

• If such rate does not appear on Reuters Screen LIBOR01 Page, the rate for the LIBOR Determination Date will be determined on the basis of the rates at which deposits in United States dollars are offered by the Reference Banks at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, on that day to prime banks in the London interbank market for a period equal to one month (commencing on the first day of such Interest Accrual Period).

• If such rate does not appear on Reuters Screen LIBOR01 Page, the rate for that LIBOR Determination Date shall be determined on the basis of the rates at which deposits in United States dollars are offered by the Reference Banks at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, on that day to prime banks in the London interbank market for a one-month period.

• Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the rate shown on Reuters Screen LIBOR01 Page (or any successor service designated pursuant to this definition) shall be less than zero, such rate shall be deemed to be zero for the purposes of this Agreement.

• The Indenture Trustee shall calculate One-Month LIBOR as of each LIBOR Determination Date for so long as the Class A-1b Notes are Outstanding; provided that if One-Month LIBOR does not appear on the Reuters Screen LIBOR01 Page on any LIBOR Determination Date the Indenture Trustee shall calculate One-Month-LIBOR using the rates solicited or as otherwise directed by the Administrator.

• If such rate does not appear on Reuters Screen LIBOR01 Page, the rate for the LIBOR Determination Date shall be determined on the basis of the rates at which deposits in United States dollars are offered by the Reference Banks at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, on that day to prime banks in the London interbank market for a period equal to one month (commencing on the first day of such Interest Period).

Reuters Screen LIBOR01 Page means the display designated on the Reuters 3000 Xtra Page (or such other page as may replace such page on such service for the purpose of displaying the rates at which Dollar deposits are offered by leading banks in the London interbank deposit market).

Reuters Screen LIBOR01 Page means the display designated as the “LIBOR01 Page” on the Reuters Service (or such other page as may replace the LIBOR01 Page on that service or such other service as may be nominated by the British Bankers’ Association as the information vendor for the purpose of displaying British Bankers’ Association Interest Settlement Rates for U.S. Dollar deposits (“BBA LIBOR”) or such other commercially available source providing quotations of BBA LIBOR as designated by the Administrative Agent from time to time).

Reuters Screen LIBOR01 Page means the display designated on the Reuters 3000 Xtra (or such other page as may replace that page on that service or such other service as may be nominated by the British Bankers’ Association for the purpose of displaying London interbank offered rates for U.S. dollar deposits).

Reuters Screen LIBOR01 Page shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.10.

Reuters Screen LIBOR01 Page means the display page so designated on Reuters (or such other page as may replace that page on that service, or such other service as may be nominated as the information vendor, for the purpose of displaying rates or prices comparable to London Interbank Offered Rate for U.S. dollar deposits).
