Paid Listings definition

Paid Listings means a LookSmart product that returns results containing only paid Listings. The amount that an advertiser pays to LookSmart influences (among other factors) the position in which the advertiser’s listing appears in our Paid Listings.

Paid Listings means a listing provided by Microsoft’s Bing ads platform in response to a User query or other active user input in a Search Access Point and related keyword suggestions in connection with Included Searches, that include hypertext links to the web pages which may result in payment to Microsoft for displaying the listing, regardless of the basis on which Microsoft is paid.

  • Subject to the terms, limitations and conditions herein, LookSmart hereby grants to Partner a non-exclusive license during the Term to publicly display, and allow third parties who operate sites on the Partner Network to publicly display, Paid Listings in electronic form on the Partner Network.

  • Partner represents and warrants that (i) its display of Paid Listings hereunder (including its allowing third parties to do so) does not and will not violate any term or condition of this Agreement and (ii) the information provided in Exhibit C is accurate and complete.

  • LookSmart also reserves the right to make a written request to Partner for it to block specific Paid Listings for display to specific domains.

Related to Paid Listings

  • Listings means information identifying the listed names of subscribers of carriers and subscribers’ telephone numbers, addresses or primary advertising classification or any combination, and that carrier or affiliate has published, caused to be published or accepted for publication in any directory format.

  • Advertiser means the company that wishes to advertise its brands, products, and/or services via the Advertisements.

  • Query means a message that represents a request to a Database for information.

  • Customer Content means all files, content (including audio, video, text, or images), and data (including Personal Data) belonging to or controlled by the Customer, which is uploaded into the Products and Services or otherwise provided to Showpad for processing pursuant to the Agreement.
