Palmetto Reserve Report definition
Palmetto Reserve Report means the reserve report concerning Oil and Gas Properties to be acquired by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries in accordance with the Palmetto PSA and derived from the reserve report prepared by ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Company L.P. for ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Energy Corp., effective as of December 31, 2014.
Palmetto Reserve Report means the reserve report concerning Oil and Gas Properties acquired by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries in accordance with the Palmetto PSA and derived from the reserve report prepared by Ryder Scott Company L.P. for SN, effective as of December 31, 2014.
