Panhandle Lot definition
Panhandle Lot means a lot that fronts on a highway by means of a strip of land that is narrower than the main portion of the lot.
Panhandle Lot means a Parcel with an access strip and a Frontage of less than 10% of its perimeter.
Panhandle Lot or “flag lot” means a lot that is to the rear of another lot or lots and that has access via a narrow portion of the lot that extends to a public right-of-way or access tract. (Ord. 773 § 3, 1999)
More Definitions of Panhandle Lot
Panhandle Lot means a lot where a portion of the lot is less than 12 feet wide for a distance of 50 feet or more. (Ord. 1971 § 2, 2005)
