Said Lot definition

Said Lot means a portion of land which is more particularly described in Item 2 of the Schedule of this Sub- lease Agreement;
Said Lot. “Sub-lease Period” has the meaning as defined in the Sub-lease Agreement; means the term of the sub-lease as per Sub- lease Agreement executed between the Lessee and the Sub-Lessee;

Examples of Said Lot in a sentence

  • The Sub-lease for the Said Lot shall be for a term of thirty (30) years commencing from the Effective Date (“Sub-lease Period”) unless earlier determined in accordance with the terms of this Sub-lease Agreement.

  • Thereafter, the Lessee shall be free to deal with the Said Lot in any manner as it shall deem fit at its discretion.

  • Said Lot 15-B is composed of a portion of former Lot 15 and all of Xxxx 0, 0, 0 xxx 0, Xxxxxx 0, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx Park.

  • Said Lot Three (3) of Block Three (3) measures 100 feet front on Francis Street by a depth between parallel lines of 125.6 feet and is bounded in front or easterly by said Francis Street of said Subdivision, southerly by Lot 1 of Block 3 of said subdivision, westerly by Lot 4 of Block 3 of said subdivision, and northerly by other lands of Farmand J.

  • EXISTING LEGAL: Lot G, including the Former Railroad Right-of-Way Within Said Lot G, in the SW1/4SE1/4, Section 31, T2N, R6E, BHM, Pennington County, South Dakota.

  • In the event the Replanting Cost is increased due to any reason whatsoever, the Replanting Cost shall be adjusted accordingly against the future audited profit of the Said Lot.

  • Said Lot No. 21 and the northerly one-half (1/2) of Lot No. 20 adjoin and front together 150 feet on the easterly boundary of Kraft Drive and run back between parallel lines, 315 feet to a dead line.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Management Company in its sole and absolute discretion shall have the right to appoint any third party to manage the Said Lot.

  • Starting from year 2021, the Replanting Cost for year 2023 onwards will be deducted from the annual audited profit of the year of the Said Lot on rolling basis.

Related to Said Lot

  • Finished Lots Entitled Land with respect to which (a) development has been completed to such an extent that permits to allow use and construction, including building, sanitary sewer and water, are entitled to be obtained for a Unit on such Entitled Land and (b) start of construction has not occurred.

  • Said Land shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Paragraph I above and which is more fully and particularly described in the First Schedule written hereunder and delineated and demarcated in Annexure – A hereto;

  • Harvest lot means a specifically identified quantity of marijuana that is, cultivated utilizing the same growing practices and harvested within a 72 hour period at the same location and cured under uniform conditions.

  • Unimproved Land means land on which no development (other than improvements that are not material and are temporary in nature) has occurred.

  • Through lot means a property bounded on two opposite sides by two or more streets;

  • Acre-foot means the amount of water necessary to cover one acre of land to the depth of one foot, or 325,851 U.S. gallons of water.

  • Corner lot means a lot situated at the intersection of and abutting upon two streets, or upon two parts of the same street, the adjacent sides of which street or streets (or, in the case of a curved corner, the tangents at the street extremities of the side lot lines) contain an angle of not more than one hundred and thirty-five (135) degrees. In the case of a curved corner, the corner of the building lot shall be that point on the street line nearest to the point of intersection of the said tangents.

  • Undeveloped Land means (i) all undeveloped land existing on or acquired after the Issue Date and (ii) any operating property of the Company or any Subsidiary that is subject to a casualty event that results in such property ceasing to be operational.

  • Maximum allowable residential density means the density allowed under the zoning ordinance and land use element of the general plan, or if a range of density is permitted, means the maximum allowable density for the specific zoning range and land use element of the general plan applicable to the project. Where the density allowed under the zoning ordinance is inconsistent with the density allowed under the land use element of the general plan, the general plan density shall prevail.

  • Diameter at Breast Height (DBH) means the diameter of a tree at 4 1/2 feet above the ground measured from the uphill side.

  • Lots means all or any machinery and other items sold or intended to be sold in accordance with these conditions; “Purchaser” means a person, firm or Company who purchase any Lot;

  • Water surface elevation means the height, in relation to the National Geodetic Vertical Datum (NGVD) of 1929, the North American Vertical Datum (NAVD) of 1988, or other datum, where specified, of floods of various magnitudes and frequencies in the floodplains of riverine areas.

  • Water Surface Elevation (WSE means the height, in relation to NAVD 1988, of floods of various magnitudes and frequencies in the floodplains of riverine areas.

  • Non-Retail Behind The Meter Generation means Behind the Meter Generation that is used by municipal electric systems, electric cooperatives, or electric distribution companies to serve load.

  • Contributory drainage area means the area from which stormwater runoff drains to a stormwater management measure, not including the area of the stormwater management measure itself.

  • Multi-family dwelling means a structure that contains more than one separate dwelling unit, which is used, or occupied, or intended to be used or occupied, in whole, or in part as the home or residence of one or more persons.

  • Lots Under Development Entitled Land where physical site improvement has commenced but which is not a Finished Lot, Unit Under Construction or Unit Under Contract.

  • Rear lot line means the lot line that is opposite the front lot line in the case of a lot having four sides, and where the rear portion of a lot is bounded by intersecting side lot lines the point of intersection is deemed the rear lot line;

  • Behind The Meter Generation shall refer to a generation unit that delivers energy to load without using the Transmission System or any distribution facilities (unless the entity that owns or leases the distribution facilities has consented to such use of the distribution facilities and such consent has been demonstrated to the satisfaction of the Office of the Interconnection); provided, however, that Behind The Meter Generation does not include (i) at any time, any portion of such generating unit’s capacity that is designated as a Generation Capacity Resource; or (ii) in an hour, any portion of the output of such generating unit that is sold to another entity for consumption at another electrical location or into the PJM Interchange Energy Market.

  • Underground facility means any item which shall be buried or placed below ground for use in connection with the storage or conveyance of water, sewage, electronic, telephone or telegraphic communications, electric energy, oil, gas or other substances, and shall include, but not be limited to pipes, sewers, conduits, cables, valves, lines, wires, manholes, attachments and those portions of poles and their attachments below ground.

  • Tract means 2 or more parcels that share a common property line and are under the same ownership.

  • Parking Lot means a building or land used for the parking or storage of ten or more motorcars or bakkies, or two or more buses or trucks, excluding −

  • Construction in Progress means each Property that is either (a) new ground up construction or (b) under renovation in which (i) greater than thirty percent (30%) of the square footage of such Property is unavailable for occupancy due to renovation and (ii) no rents are being paid on such square footage. A Property will cease to be classified as “Construction in Progress” on the earlier to occur of (A) the time that such Property has an Occupancy Rate of greater than eighty percent (80%), or (B) one hundred eighty (180) days after completion of construction or renovation of such Property, as applicable.

  • Pervious surface means an area that releases as runoff a small portion of the precipitation that falls on it. Lawns, gardens, parks, forests or other similar vegetated areas are examples of surfaces that typically are pervious.

  • Cubic Foot means the volume of gas which occupies one cubic foot when such gas is at a temperature of 60 degrees Fahrenheit, and at a pressure of 14.73 pounds per square inch absolute.

  • Submerged lands means those lands which are inundated by water on a seasonal or more frequent basis.
