Panhandle Rail Line definition

Panhandle Rail Line means the Panhandle Mainline and the Panhandle Branchlines, and all property conveyed by Conrail to Caprail.

  • Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, ORDC shall provide C&OR with quiet enjoyment of the Panhandle Rail Line throughout the term of this Agreement.
