Model Articles means the model articles for private companies limited by guarantee contained in Schedule 2 of the Companies (Model Articles) Regulations 2008 (SI 2008/3229) as amended prior to the date of adoption of these Articles;
the Articles means these Articles of Association of the Academy Trust;
Covered article means any hardware, software, or service that–
Single-service articles means cups, containers, lids, closures, plates, knives, forks, spoons, stirrers, paddles, straws, napkins, wrapping materials, toothpicks, and similar articles intended for one-time, one-person use and then discarded.
these Articles means these articles of association as altered from time to time and the expression “this article” shall be construed accordingly;
Company Articles means the Articles of Incorporation of the Company, as amended.
Commercial derivative military article means an item acquired by the Department of Defense that is or will be produced using the same production facilities, a common supply chain, and the same or similar production processes that are used for the production of articles predominantly used by the general public or by nongovernmental entities for purposes other than governmental purposes.
Regulated article means any article of any character carrying or capable of carrying the Boll Weevil, including, but not limited to, cotton plants, seed cotton, cottonseed, other hosts, gin trash, gin equipment, mechanical cotton pickers, and other equipment associated with cotton production, harvesting, or processing.
CF Shadow Series means a series of Capital Stock that is identical in all respects to the shares of Capital Stock (whether Preferred Stock or another class issued by the Company) issued in the relevant Equity Financing (e.g., if the Company sells Series A Preferred Stock in an Equity Financing, the Shadow Series would be Series A-CF Preferred Stock), except that:

Table of Contents is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the attached “Table of Contents” (identified by “SA-10”).
Description of Notes means the “Description of the Notes” section of the Final Offering Memorandum.
prohibited article means an article the introduction or removal of which into or out of a prison is prohibited by any rule under this Act.
Cross-Series Modification means a modification involving (i) the Bonds or any agreement governing the issuance or administration of the Bonds, and (ii) the debt securities of one or more other series or any agreement governing the issuance or administration of such other debt securities.
Mist spray adhesive means any aerosol which is not a special purpose spray adhesive and which delivers a particle or mist spray, resulting in the formation of fine, discrete particles that yield a generally uniform and smooth application of adhesive to the substrate.
Multiple Series Single Limb Extraordinary Resolution means a resolution considered at separate Meetings of the holders of each affected series of Debt Securities Capable of Aggregation, duly convened and held in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Issuer and the Fiscal Agent pursuant to Condition 12(a) (Convening Meetings of Noteholders; Conduct of Meetings of Noteholders; Written Resolutions), as supplemented if necessary, which is passed by a majority of at least 75 per cent. of the aggregate principal amount of the outstanding debt securities of all affected series of Debt Securities Capable of Aggregation (taken in aggregate).
Public Art means art that shall be accessible to the public, and includes all forms of original creations of visual art, conceived in any medium, material, or combination thereof, including paintings, drawings, stained glass, and murals in any media; statues, bas relief, mobile, kinetic, electronic, neon, or other sculptures; environmental artworks; fountains, arches or other structures intended for ornament; integrated and functional architectural elements of a structure; video and other media-based works; inscriptions, fiber works, carvings, mosaics, photographs, drawings, collages, textile works and prints; crafts, both decorative and utilitarian in clay, fiber, wood, metal, glass, stone, plastic and other materials; artist-designed public spaces and functional elements which are either a part of a larger project or a separate entity in and of itself.
Article means an article of this Agreement unless another document is specifically referenced.
Record series means a group of records that may be treated as a unit for purposes of designation, description, management, or disposition.
Amended Articles means the amended articles of JMB, reflecting the alterations to the Original Articles as provided for in the Plan, substantially in the form attached as Schedule “A” to the Plan;
Refinancing Series means all Refinancing Term Loans, Refinancing Term Commitments, Other Revolving Credit Commitments or Other Revolving Credit Loans that are established pursuant to the same Refinancing Amendment (or any subsequent Refinancing Amendment to the extent such Refinancing Amendment expressly provides that the Refinancing Term Loans, Refinancing Term Commitments, Other Revolving Credit Commitments or Other Revolving Credit Loans provided for therein are intended to be a part of any previously established Refinancing Series) and that provide for the same Effective Yield and, in the case of Refinancing Term Loans or Refinancing Term Commitments, amortization schedule.
Polystyrene foam adhesive means an aerosol adhesive designed to bond polystyrene foam to substrates.

Extension Series means all Extended Term Loans and Extended Revolving Credit Commitments that are established pursuant to the same Extension Amendment (or any subsequent Extension Amendment to the extent such Extension Amendment expressly provides that the Extended Term Loans or Extended Revolving Credit Commitments, as applicable, provided for therein are intended to be a part of any previously established Extension Series) and that provide for the same interest margins, extension fees, and amortization schedule.
Out-of-home placement means a child's placement in a home or facility other than the child's parent, guardian, or legal custodian.
