Paper Items definition

Paper Items shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.3.
Paper Items has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 8.04(a) hereof.

Examples of Paper Items in a sentence

  • You will maintain control over and be responsible for secure retention, storage, and destruction of original Paper Items for which you have created an Electronic Item.

Related to Paper Items

  • Eligible Items means the goods imported under the Program (except those specifically excluded pursuant to Attachment 1 to Schedule 3 to this Loan Agreement), the foreign exchange costs of which are eligible for financing out of the proceeds of the Loan;
