Physical Assets definition

Physical Assets means equity securities, debt securities, fixed income securities and units in exchanged traded funds.
Physical Assets other than revenue service vehicles, means any land, buildings, equipment or other items of a material nature which for accounting purposes are considered to contribute to delivery of Transit Services for a period exceeding one fiscal year;
Physical Assets shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.5.

More Definitions of Physical Assets

Physical Assets are divided into three categories of physical assets, identified by the Corporate Officers and set out in Schedule 3 (Inventory of Heritage Items, Commons Library Collections and Goods) in accordance with the provisions of this Clause 28:
Physical Assets means a renewable energy system and all fittings related thereto, including buildings, vehicles, plant, equipments and machinery;
