Physical Assets definition

Physical Assets means equity securities, debt securities, fixed income securities and units in exchanged traded funds.
Physical Assets means a renewable energy system and all fittings related thereto, including buildings, vehicles, plant, equipments and machinery;
Physical Assets other than revenue service vehicles, means any land, buildings, equipment or other items of a material nature which for accounting purposes are considered to contribute to delivery of Transit Services for a period exceeding one fiscal year;

Examples of Physical Assets in a sentence

  • Applications containing documentation that the applicant and/or owner has a recorded warranty deed, a recorded long term lease, or approval of Transfer of Physical Assets (TPA) from the appropriate HUD, Rural Development, or SDHDA office for existing projects in the name of the applicant will receive 25 points.

  • The proceeds of issuance will, at the discretion of the Portfolio Administrator, be invested in Ancillary Assets or maintained as cash balances and will be held in the Margin Account along with the proceeds of short selling the Physical Assets.

  • For acquisition and rehabilitation properties that are federally assisted and require a Transfer of Physical Assets (TPA) approval, documentation showing that a transfer request has been submitted must accompany the application in order to have a valid option/purchase contract.

More Definitions of Physical Assets

Physical Assets shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.5.
Physical Assets are divided into three categories of physical assets, identified by the Corporate Officers and set out in Schedule 3 (Inventory of Heritage Items, Commons Library Collections and Goods) in accordance with the provisions of this Clause 28:
Physical Assets means certain call center equipment and software, computer hardware and software including servers and other such furniture, fixtures and equipment, which are used by or necessary to conduct the retail website in connection with the business being transferred herein and which are being transferred and assigned to DIGITAL pursuant to this Agreement, all as more particularly set forth on Schedule 1.34 attached hereto; provided however, that notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, Physical Assets shall not include any furniture, fixtures, equipment or other facilities that are shared across the HEALTHAXIS campus (such as by way of illustration and not of limitation, network and video conferencing equipment).
Physical Assets means all fixtures, furniture, fittings, equipment, machinery, apparatus, appliances, keys, and other articles of Personal Property now located on or about the Real Property and used or usable in connection with any part of the X5 Manufacturing Facility set forth on Schedule 1.1, subject to such substitutions and replacements as shall occur and be made in the normal course of business, but excluding, however, Excluded Assets.
Physical Assets means all physical assets and rights to enable the Council or a successor contractor to operate in accordance with this Contract, including: a) any equipment, plant materials and consumables; b) any books and records (including operating and maintenance manuals, health and safety manuals and other know how); c) any spare parts, tools and other assets (together with any warranties in respect of assets being transferred);
Physical Assets means all physical assets owned or controlled by Kenta, including but not limited to cell lines, genes, antibodies, diagnostic assays and related documentation, which are related to Kenta’s MabIgX technology platform for hybridoma generation and its monoclonal antibodies targeting Staphylococcus aureus (SA), Pseudomonas aeruginosa (PA), Acinetobacter baumannii (AB) and respiratory syncytial virus, including such Physical Assets as are specified in Schedule A existing on the Closing Date.
