Parent Audited Balance Sheet definition

Parent Audited Balance Sheet means the audited consolidated balance sheet of the Parent and its consolidated Subsidiaries as of December 31, 2010 included in the Parent's Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2010.
Parent Audited Balance Sheet means the audited balance sheet of Parent as of May 31, 2007.
Parent Audited Balance Sheet shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 3.4(c).
