Parent CEO definition

Parent CEO means, with respect to any Member, the chief executive officer of the ultimate parent entity of such Member.
Parent CEO shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.12(b).
Parent CEO has the meaning set forth in Section 1(b) of this Agreement.
