IPC definition

IPC means the interim payment certificate issued by the Authority’s Engineer for payment to the Contractor in respect of Contractor’s claims for payment raised in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement;

Examples of IPC in a sentence

  • The Authority’s Engineer shall deliver to the Authority an IPC approving or amending the monthly maintenance statement to reflect the amount due to the Contractor in accordance with this Agreement.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Parties agree that the IPC shall specify all the amounts that have been deducted from the Stage Payment Statement and the reasons therefor.
