Parent Company definition

Parent Company means, with respect to a Lender, the bank holding company (as defined in Federal Reserve Board Regulation Y), if any, of such Lender, and/or any Person owning, beneficially or of record, directly or indirectly, a majority of the shares of such Lender.
Parent Company means any company which is the ultimate Holding Company of the Supplier and which is responsible either directly or indirectly for the business activities of the Supplier. The term "Holding or Parent Company" shall have the meaning ascribed by the Companies Act 2006 or any statutory re-enactment or amendment thereto;

Parent Company means any Person that is a direct or indirect parent (which may be organized as, among other things, a partnership) of Holdings and/or the Borrower (for the avoidance of doubt, in the case of the Borrower, including Holdings), as applicable.
