Parent RSUs definition

Parent RSUs means restricted stock units issued by Parent.

Parent RSUs means any restricted stock unit award granted pursuant to the Parent Plans or otherwise.

Parent RSUs has the meaning set forth in Section 3.6(a).

Examples of Parent RSUs in a sentence

• The obligations in respect of the Parent RSUs shall be payable or distributable in accordance with the terms of the agreement, plan or arrangement relating to such Parent RSUs.

More Definitions of Parent RSUs

Parent RSUs means restricted stock units representing the right to vest in and be issued shares of Parent Common Stock by Parent that are subject to vesting restrictions based on continuing service or based on performance.
