Company PSUs definition

Company PSUs means outstanding performance share units granted under the Company PSU Plan;
Company PSUs means any performance-based restricted stock units of the Company, whether granted pursuant to any of the Company Stock Plans or otherwise.
Company PSUs means any performance stock units granted under any of the Company Equity Plans.

  • As of the Effective Time, (i) the Company’s 2016 Omnibus Incentive Plan (the “2016 Plan”), (ii) the Company ESPP, and (iii) the Company’s 2007 Omnibus Incentive Plan, each as amended from time to time (collectively, the “Company Equity Plans”) shall be terminated and no further Shares, Company Options, Company RSUs, Company PSUs, other Equity Interests in the Company or other rights with respect to Shares shall be granted thereunder.

  • Any Company PSUs that do not vest in accordance with the foregoing will be terminated as of the Effective Time for no consideration.

More Definitions of Company PSUs

Company PSUs means all performance-based restricted stock units payable in shares of Company Common Stock or whose value is determined with reference to the value of shares of Company Common Stock, granted pursuant to the Company Equity Plan, whose vesting is conditioned in full or in part based on achievement of performance goals or metrics for which the applicable performance period is not complete.
Company PSUs means performance-based restricted stock units issued under the Company Stock Plans.
