DNA sample means any material that has come from a human body and consists of or includes human cells;
Grab sample means an individual sample collected in less than 15 minutes in conjunction with an instantaneous flow measurement.

Parent 401(k) Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.6(e).
Buyer 401(k) Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.01(h).
Parent Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 7.8(b).

Moving beam radiation therapy means radiation therapy with any planned displacement of radiation field or patient relative to each other, or with any planned change of absorbed dose distribution. It includes arc, skip, conformal, intensity modulation and rotational therapy.

Medical flexible spending arrangement means a benefit plan

Mid-Span Fiber Meet An Interconnection architecture whereby two carriers’ fiber transmission facilities meet at a mutually agreed upon point for the mutual exchange of traffic, subject to the trunking requirements and other terms and provisions of this Agreement. The “point” of Interconnection for purposes of 47 U.S.C §§251(c)(2) and 251(c)(3) remains on CenturyLink’s network and is limited to the Interconnection of facilities between the CenturyLink Serving Wire Center and the location of the CLEC switch or other equipment located within the area served by the CenturyLink Serving Wire Center. The currently effective version of the MECOD document, published by ATIS (0404120-00XX), establishes methods for processing orders for Access Service that is to be provided by two or more LECs.
