Parents or You definition
Parents or You means any person who has signed the acceptance form. The Parents are legally responsible, jointly and severally, for complying with their obligations under these terms and conditions. Fees payable by a third party (for example, an employer, grandparent, step-parent without Parental Responsibility or third party credit provider) will be subject to a separate agreement between the School, the Parents and the third party. Please also see clause 4.3 and clause 11.7.
