Pari Passu Liens definition

Pari Passu Liens means any Lien on the Collateral granted for the benefit of the holders of the Existing Notes that is required by the terms of the Existing Notes Indentures as a result of the grant of security interests pursuant to any Collateral Document.
Pari Passu Liens means Liens securing Obligations ranking pari passu with the Notes that by their terms are intended to be secured equally and ratably with the Notes and are permitted pursuant to the applicable provisions of this Indenture and the Security Documents.
Pari Passu Liens has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1(b)(i).

  • The Pari Passu Liens granted pursuant to this provision shall be (A) granted concurrently with the granting of any such Liens, and (B) granted pursuant to instruments, documents and agreements which are no less favorable to the Trustee and the Holders of the Notes than those granted to secure the Existing Senior Notes.

More Definitions of Pari Passu Liens

Pari Passu Liens means any Lien on the Collateral granted to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Pari Passu Noteholders pursuant to the U.S. Security Agreement, the Canadian Security Agreement and/or any of the other Security Documents securing the Pari Passu Notes Obligations.
Pari Passu Liens means Liens on the Collateral, which Liens on any item of Collateral shall rank pari passu to the Notes Liens on such item of Collateral (but without regard to the control of remedies), pursuant to a Customary Intercreditor Agreement.
