Park Quantity definition

Park Quantity means the maximum daily quantity of energy, expressed in GJ/day, that a TPAL Party can nominate for Park, as specified in Schedule "A" of its TPAL Agreement.
Park Quantity or “Parked Quantity” means the quantity of Gas, expressed in Dth per Day, tendered by Shipper at a Park Point pursuant to Rate Schedule APAL or Rate Schedule MCS.

Examples of Park Quantity in a sentence

  • The MSQ, Maximum Park Quantity or Maximum Loan Quantity that can be released by a Releasing Customer for an intraday release is limited to a quantity not in excess of the Releasing Customer’s MSQ, Maximum Park Quantity or Maximum Loan Quantity, less the Releasing Customer’s Storage Inventory or Loan Balance.

  • A monthly charge for each Dth of Customer’s Maximum Park Quantity.

  • If Firm Service must be interrupted, interruption of service to firm storage Customers shall be pro rata based on MDWQ, MDIQ, MSQ, MDFWQ, Maximum Park Quantity or Maximum Loan Quantity, as applicable.

  • MDWQ and, as applicable, MSQ, Maximum Park Quantity, or Maximum Loan Quantity (stated in Dth) at each facility.

Related to Park Quantity

  • Contract Quantity means the total number shares, contracts or other units of the Underlying Instrument that the Client is notionally buying or selling;

  • Type A quantity means a quantity of radioactive material, the aggregate radioactivity of which does not exceed A1 for special form radioactive material or A2 for normal form radio- active material, where A1 and A2 are given in Appendix O or may be determined by procedures described in Appendix O.

  • Type B quantity means a quantity of radioactive material greater than a Type A quantity.

  • tons means the gross tonnage calculated in accordance with the tonnage measurement regulations contained in Annex I of the International Convention on Tonnage Measurement of Ships, 1969; the word “tonnage” shall be construed accordingly.

  • Daily Quantity means the quantity of waste discharged during an operating day.

  • Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.

  • Biodiesel means a fuel composed of mono-alkyl esters of long chain fatty acids derived from vegetable oils or animal fats, and, in accordance with standards specified by the American society for testing and materials, designated B100, and meeting the requirements of D-6751, as approved by the department of agriculture.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Definite quantity contract means a fixed price contract that provides for a

  • MMBtu means one million British thermal units.

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Minimum Order Quantity means the minimum number of batches of a Product to be produced during the same cycle of manufacturing as set forth in a Product Agreement on Schedule B;

  • Barrel means forty-two (42) United States gallons of 231 cubic inches of sixty degrees Fahrenheit (60ºF) and equilibrium vapor pressure.
