Part 2 Certificate definition

Part 2 Certificate means the certificate to be issued on satisfactory completion of the Part 2 Works in accordance with clause 13 hereof
Part 2 Certificate means the part 2 ce1tificate issued from the County Council's director of resource management pursuant to a Section 38 Agreement;
