Participant Group definition

Participant Group mean you, each of your holding companies and subsidiaries and each subsidiary of each of your holding companies.

More Definitions of Participant Group

Participant Group means a Participant and its Affiliates, if any, such that, if two or more Participants are Affiliates, collectively they shall constitute a Participant Group.
