• In addition to the base salary provided for in Paragraph 2 above, for each fiscal year during which Employee serves as President of the Specialty Chemicals Group and provided Employee is in the employ of the Corporation on the last day of such fiscal year (except as provided in paragraphs 5 and 6 hereof), the Employee shall be entitled to be a Designated Participant in any Synalloy Corporation Subsidiary and Divisional Management Incentive Plan covering the Specialty Chemicals Group.

More Definitions of Designated Participant

Designated Participant means such directors and employees of the Corporation or an Affiliate of the Corporation as the Committee may designate from time to time as eligible to participate in the Plan pursuant to Section 4.2, which shall not include Non-Employee Directors.
