Participant definition

Participant has the meaning specified in Section 10.06(d).

Participant means, with respect to the Depositary, Euroclear or Clearstream, a Person who has an account with the Depositary, Euroclear or Clearstream, respectively (and, with respect to DTC, shall include Euroclear and Clearstream).

Participant has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.04(c).

Examples of Participant in a sentence

In the case of a minor Participant, I, as parent or legal guardian, acknowledge that I am not only signing this Agreement on my behalf, but that I am also signing on behalf of the minor and that the minor shall be bound by all of the terms of this Agreement.
Additionally, by signing this Agreement as the parent or legal guardian of a minor Participant, I understand that I am also waiving certain rights on behalf of the minor that the minor otherwise may have.
The Participant or Beneficiary shall make any election under this section in writing.
The deferred retirement benefit for the Participant on his Retirement Date shall not be less than the monthly benefit which is the Actuarial Equivalent of his Required Contribution Account on such date.
This Article shall not apply to a Participant receiving a Pension for disability as provided under Sections 5.6 and 5.7, nor shall this Article apply in the event that a Participant has elected the Early Retirement Pension described in Section 5.8. The provisions of this Article shall apply only to Participants who retire on or after January 1, 1983.

Participant has the meaning set forth in Section 9.04.

Participant means, with respect to the Depositary, a Person who has an account with the Depositary.

Participant means an eligible person to whom an Award is granted pursuant to the Plan or, if applicable, such other person who holds an outstanding Award.
