Participants definition

Participants is defined in Section 12.2.1.

Participants means those financial institutions for whom the Securities Depository effects book-entry transfers and pledges of securities deposited with the Securities Depository, as such listing of Participants exists at the time of such reference.

Examples of Participants in a sentence

• Except for Quebec Participants, if Participant received this Award Agreement or any other document related to this Award or the Plan which is translated into a language other than English and if the meaning of the translated version is different than the English version, the English version will control.

• Nothing in the Plan or this online grant acceptance will confer on the Participant any right to continue in the employment or service of the Corporation or any Subsidiary or affect in any way the right of the Corporation or any Subsidiary to terminate the Participant's employment or service at any time.
