Participating Communes definition

Participating Communes means, collectively, those communes within Project Provinces selected to participate in Part B of the Project; and a “Participating Commune” means any of said Communes.

  • Participating Party means an enterprise or public body that has committed itself to reaching certain objectives under a voluntary agreement, or is covered by a national regulatory policy instrument;
