Project Management Manual definition

Project Management Manual means the manual setting forth the project management procedures to be followed in the implementation of the Project, adopted by the IMSC pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.01(b) of, and paragraph 4 of Schedule 5 to, this Agreement, as such manual may be amended from time to time with the prior agreement of the Bank.

Project Management Manual means the manual, acceptable to the World Bank, setting out the procedures by which the Recipient will manage the Project, and in particular contains cross references and checklists between the Recipient’s own normal operating procedures and the required provisions of the PNPM Peduli Operations Manual and this Agreement, as such manual may be amended or updated from time to time by agreement in writing between the World Bank and the Recipient.

Project Management Manual means the manual to assist the CPO and the PPMUs in the management, coordination and monitoring of the Project, and referred to in paragraph 3 of Schedule 4 to the Original Financing Agreement; as such Manual may be amended from time to time with the agreement of the Association.

Project Management Manual means the manual to assist the Central, Provincial and Local Governments’ Project staff in the implementation of the Project through the description of, inter alia, procurement procedures (including the letter on national competitive bidding procedures) and standard documentation, reporting requirements, financial management procedures including audit procedures, and environmental criteria applicable to Project design, as such Project Management Manual may be amended from time to time in agreement with the Bank;

Project Management Manual means a manual acceptable to the Recipient and the World Bank, aimed at assisting the Recipient in the management of the Project, and to be developed by the Recipient pursuant to paragraph 2.03(a)(iv) of this Annex, as such manual may be revised from time to time with the approval of the World Bank;

Project Management Manual means the manual adopted by the Borrower pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 2 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement, to assist the NPMU, the NPIUs, the PPIUs, the KPIUs, Province and Kabupaten Dinas PUP, Province and Kabupaten Dinas Pertanian, the PTPAs, the PPTPAs, the WUAs and the WUAFs, in the implementation of the Project documentation, as such Project Management Manual may be amended from time to time with the prior agreement of the Association.

Project Management Manual means the manual to assist the Central, Provincial and Kabupaten’s Project staff (including stakeholders) in the implementation of the Project and referred to in paragraph 2 of Schedule 5 to this Agreement, as such Project Management Manual may be amended from time to time in agreement with the Bank.

Project Management Manual means the manual, dated March 3, 2010, produced by the Recipient and acceptable to the World Bank giving details of guidelines and procedures agreed with the World Bank for the implementation, supervision, and monitoring and evaluation, including specifications for the terms and conditions of all Project Sub-Grants Agreements.

Project Management Manual means the manual adopted by the Borrower in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 3 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement, to assist the CPCU-MOH, the CPCU-MONE, the PCIUs and the DIUs in the implementation of the Project, through the description of, inter alia, procurement procedures and standard documentation, financial management requirements and monitoring and reporting requirements and procedures, all consistent with the relevant provisions of this Agreement, as such Project Management Manual may be amended from time to time with the prior agreement of the Association.

Project Management Manual means the manual for the management of the Project referred to in paragraph 2 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement.
